No pan mentioned on the form-16 of py 2012-13 & 2013-14

09 October 2015 Sir,

The PAN has not been mentioned on the Form-16 for the previous year 2012-13 & 2013-14 as a result of which TDS is not reflected in Form 26AS.

How to claim the refund now ? Whom to send Form-30 for delayed claiming of Refund ?

09 October 2015 you have to ask the deductor to get the rectification done and see to it that form 26AS is matching. If it doesnt match then it is difficult to get refund.
