01 July 2015 can anyone tell me that I have nill return ITR file so is that mandatory to send itr copy to CPC.

01 July 2015 3 months ago for my return file i did not send itr copy. is that any problem.

01 July 2015 you can send with in 120 days to CPC. so you can send now also
