03 May 2015 Q1. WHEN WILL NEW RATE OF SERVICE TAX 14% APPLY?
Q2. W.E.F. WHICH DATE WILL THE REVERSE CHARGE MECHANISM AND ABATEMENT CHANGES APPLY?
Q3. WHAT SHOULD WE SEE FOR THE APPLYING THE CHANGE- INVOICE DATE OR PAYMENT DATE OR PROVISION OF SERVICES?

03 May 2015 1. new rate wil b applicable from the date once it get notified...

til that use old rate that is 12.36 %

2. RCM amendements are applicable from 1st april like for manpower supply,GTA etc
