YOU JUST KEEP BLANK THAT PORTION IN FILE VALIDATION UTILITY AND FOLLOW THE OLD PROCEDURE.

Sunil, to validate the file download the challan CSI file from https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/oltas/servlet/TanSearch.
