22 September 2014 An individual wants to start a new business of renting out laptops (only in Mumbai city). Please inform as to which all laws he is required to follow and with which of the Government Departments he is required to register his proprietorship?

28 September 2014 You are advised to go for the registration of your establishment under Mumbai Shop and establishment Act.

You are advised to get in touch with a local labour law consultant who will guide you as per the law of Maharashtra.
