I cleared my IPCC group 1 in November 2013. I have still not cleared the 2nd group. This attempt is perhaps a waste too. If I clear 2nd group in May 2016, will I be eligible for Nov 16 final? Will I be eligible for May 17 maybe? I am done with GMCS and other criteria.
