NCFM. Plz Help!

25 June 2010 Hello Everyone!
I am a CA PE2 student. I have given my PE2 attempt in May 10 and awaiting results!
I have come to know about NCFM course from one of my friend. Having known a little about NCFM from my friend, I did a little research on NCFM course, course fees, modules, etc.,
But before I take up the examination I would like to take an opinion from those who are already NCFM certified or who knows better about NCFM certification.
In this regards, I would like to know, what are the advantages of doing it, how does it help me to have the certification in my resume, why should I do it being a CA, CS Student, etc.,...

25 June 2010 NCFM course is related to the share maarket, equities, derivates and financial instruments.

Certification from these are helpful in case your target industry and market is equity reaserch, mutual funds, investment banking , portfolio management and such.

Mentioning of NCFM on resume, indicates that you have basic knowledge as well as expert knowledge (depending upon the module you do) of various market instruments and strategies.
