Name of a company under incorporation

Respected Sirs,
I filed Form Inc 1 and got a name on 23-06-2014
So the last date becomes 23-08-2014 (60 days)
I filed incorporation forms on 20-08-2014, which got rejected totally. (2 chances over).
Now, I am filing the incorporation forms again.
My query is whether I have to apply for a name again or I can continue with the name I got on 23-06-2014???
When I checked the name on MCA Portal search name facility today, the status was "Approved".
