08 July 2010 I have purchased raw material from Out of State and pary charged Excise Duty and CST 2%
Then I wants Know that can I tAke Benifits of CST ijn Vat Return
and what is the Procedure of Modvat and Cenvat

08 July 2010 CST is not available for Credit. You can not take benefit in VAT Return.

So far Excise duty is concerned, you can take the same as Cenvat Credit, if you are using the material for manufacture of excisable goods and / or providing taxable output service.
