28 May 2016 can chairman of a meeting can authorise a compny secretary to sign minutes .........
due to medical treatment abroad

30 May 2016 There is no need to authorize Company Secretary to sign the minutes because as per SS1 , Minutes of the previous Board Meeting shall be signed by the Chairman of such meeting or Chairman of upcoming meeting before the upcoming meeting. so if Chairman is not present due to medical treatment abroad, then Chairman of previous meeting can also sign the minutes
