sir, a person who's DOB is 28.3.1997 and he has tuition income and other income exceeds the taxable limit for year ending 31.3.2015. My query is whether the person can file I.T. for A.Y.2015-16 individually or will that income be added in his parent's income. Pl Clarify. Thank you

If DOB is 28.03.97 then the person is major in the AY 2015-16 Can file return individually provided PAN is there in the individual name
