Do the companies, alongside incorporation, need to deposit the minimum paid up capital in a separate bank A/c. if yes !! is there any lock in stint ??
If not!! why there is such a requirement??

It is not compulsory to deposit the capital amount in a separate bank account for the certificate of Incorporation. A bank account cannot be opened if the company is not formed. Thus it is not compulsory.
