27 November 2015 respected all.... please enlighten me on signing of mgt 7 of small company by a cs... i mean if there is share transfr during the year does it mandates cs sign? coz wen i prescrutnize my mgt of small co. where there are share transfer it asks me to get digitally signed by cs please guide asap

01 December 2015 No..there must be something else which should have mandated you to have sign of CS.

Is this company having any subsidiary or holding Company??
