Mgt -14 not filed do we still need to file it

17 September 2015 We have not filed MGT 14 for approval of Financial statements for F.Y 13-14 so we still need to file it as later the reqiremet to file it was dispensed with for small co. As still some of companies havent filed it and they are not filing it as later this requirement is dispensed with.
