Membership letter and number

15 December 2015 I had applied for membership without COP in October. But I have not received the membership letter and the number. How I can receive the same.

15 December 2015 call up the membership section of your regional ICAI office.

16 December 2015 I received my membership number and I tried to download the membership letter from ICAI reprint letter site. But it shows error. How I can get the same?
