Membership fees restoration

Sir is there any way to know how much membership fees is due and for how many period and I also want to know the way of paying such balance membership fees.
ex.
membership removal period
from. to
01-04-1992. 31-03-2005
& I want to restore such fees.
Sir please provide me needful guidance.
