04 July 2012 The moment, the members subscribe their names to a Memorandum of Association to form a company, shall they be a body corporate by the name contained in the memorandum?

When the subscriber sign the memorandum it will be deemed members until the company is incorporated. The subscriber of memorandum could be a person or body corporate.
