18 September 2007 Why Ministry of Company Affairs is strictly not followed their rules / laws unlike Income Tax Department ?

18 September 2007 Whether non payment of Royalty payments and TDS will come under 43B or 40(a)(1a)?

19 September 2007 TDS is deductible in the year of payment but if it is paid on or before the due date of filing ITR then it will be treated as paid in time and will be deductible in the previous year itself.
