25 May 2015 Hello experts,
The authorized capital, subscribed,issued, paid up capital of a pvt ltd company was increased from 4cr to 5cr during 2014-2015. Required forms were filed with mca in regard to increase in share capital. When I uploaded Form 23AC, the system showed an error saying "The paid up capital is greater than or equal to 5cr. So the form can't be filed".
Do I need to file a different form for private limited companies having authorized capital equal to or exceeding 5cr for the AY 2014-2015?
