02 September 2014 No need to file form MBP.1 if there is no interest to disclose. However, it is advisable to record this fact in the board minutes.

03 September 2014 THERE IS AMBIGUITY ON THIS QUESTION ...I AM RECIEVING BOTH THE POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE ANSWERS FOR THE SAME SO I THINK IT WILL BE BETTER TO FILE MGT-14
