good afternoon sir,
i have a problem supoose if in my form 16 my name speeling wrong (pan card name mithilesh and form 16 mithlesh) than sir in this situation when i fill my itr1 .1 fill my name in itr 1 that name which are in my pan card.plz sir i m right or wrong.

That is not at all a problem.
For the return purpose file the name given on the PAN Card.
If your PAN Number on FORM 16 is correct then no problem.
