good morning to all experts, i want to know about excise rate under chapter 84 and 85.i read a notification(Notification No. 06/2014-CE dated June 25, 2014).)about excise rate will same in Capital goods, Automobiles and Consumer durables sectors @ 10% upto 31-dec-2014. . but in Notification No. 06/2014-CE not clarify that in which item excise rate will be same upto 31-dec-2014 @ 10%.sir my question is only that will this Notification No. 06/2014-CE also applicable in chapter 84 and 85.if you have any supporting document about this notification. so please send me.(khulbe.rajeev50@gmail.com).this is very important for me.

sir, you can not understand my query .please read notification no. 06/2014 ce. in notification no. 04/2014 excise in Capital goods, Automobiles and Consumer durables sectors and chapter 84, 85 @ 10% upto 30.6.2014. but in notification no. 06/2014 ce govt. carry same rate upto 31-12-2014. but my query is that this rate also applicable in chapter 84, 85. because no clerification in notification no. 06/2014 ce 25-6-2014.
