While filing Form 8 of LLP Disclosure under Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 is a mandatory attachment. Is this disclosure as per section 22 of the said Act? if yes what is the format/draft for it?
What's the purpose of said Disclosure? Kindly explain.
