More then 1000 persons have been holding the share of XYZ public company. Pls let me know how to maintain the record of shares & shares holders?

29 November 2016 According to section 88 of companies act 2013, read with rule 3, 6 of Companies Act 2013, Every Company shall maintain the register of Member in Mgt 1 ALONG WITH THE REGISTER OF INDEX OF MEMBER. IF THE NUMBER OF MEMBER IS MORE THAN 50, INDEX OF REGISTER OF MEMBER SHALL BE PREPARED
