One of my client wants to register same as just dial Company.

objects of the company are same as just dail and the name of the company is My Dial... Can we get the name approval from ROC or ROC can put objection in name approval..

ROC will not raise any objection if you have common object. The ROC will object, if you have same name.

So, have a different name.
