please clarify any one, we are the manufacturer and we are going to take machine for lease for job work for two years. kindly explain procedure to follow in excise and service tax.

Service tax is applicable on this machinery service provider pay service tax and claim it from you. You can claim this service tax as input credit under cenvat.
