05 May 2015 How Low Value Asset treated after introduction of new company Act ? is it considered Rs 5000 and below for low value asset or not ? Or can charge depreciation even if it is an below 5000

16 May 2015 companies act 2013 doesnt differentiate assets on the basis of value. so even assets below Rs 5000 will be treated as any other asset
