purchase one more set of form 103 documents there you can find id card . . fill it and get it signed by your boss and send to icai along with covering letter requesting them to issue id card again as you lost it .. . and request them to send a duplicate articleship registration letter . . i think they will do the need ful . . you are recommended to make enquiry to icai and take their suggestions in this regard
