ICSI MUST HAVE MAILED U EARLIER ON YOUR REGISTERED EMAIL ID FOR ADMIT CARD IN LAST WEEK OF MAY 2013. Also check your cs june 2013 exam question papers on left side u may have written ur roll number.

I done that too via mail and tried their contact number which i got but they even not picking call also. Anyone can share helpline numbers?

Don't worry please login in at https://www.icsi.in/student/
If you not registered earlier then use Re-set or retrieve password option to get the password and user id is your registration number with continuation of date of registration and year.
After login into above you have your exam applied details and your result including admit card number under the programe information(concern programe i.e executive or professional).
If you not got success then please reply with your problem.
