10 February 2016 if a company gives loan to directors, it can be taken as deemed dividend... But what if directors give loan to company...

simply asked, what are legal problems and remedies if directors give loan to a private ltd company ??

12 February 2016 As per Companies Act, 2013 Loan by Director to Company is allowed and it will simple borrowing for the Company.
