My one friend have 4 firm with name of his family members and all firm current turn over near about 3 crore and paid tax near about 3.00 lacs.

Please suggest me what is best option for him LLP, Pvt. Ltd.or Partnership.

22 December 2014 Better option will as they are paying less tax continue with the present form. Higher tax will be payable if go for the above options.
