Which form is to be uploaded for appointibg llp auditor...llp auditor is not appointed for the fy15-16 as the accounts is finalised now....wh
at is the penalty for late appointment.

22 October 2016 As far as I know, there no form filing required to appoint an Auditor in LLP.
