Linking neft payment

11 January 2012 I had paid a SRN from PNB to PNB. On enquiry bank is informing that there is no UTN number as this intrabank transaction. There is only transaction id. With this id I am unable to link my SRN. Can anyone guide how to proceed. Also what happens if amount is not linked upto one month. Will this be refunded back??

From this same problem I was also dealing in last week, and in this issue MCA is helpless, you need to deal with the PNB and have to ask them for any alternative in this regard, I did the same with HDFC Bank.

And as far as refund of payment is concerned, there is already MCA has made a note that after a month this payment will be considered as blocked.

So, its better for you to ask some middle way from your Bank at there help desk number. Or alternatively you can file a complaint at MCA help desk (either via mail or via phone call), and they respond on time.

Thanks for your reply. HDFC is better in response than PNB as this is nationalised bank. Could you let me know how your issue was resolved with HDFC. Which code they have provided to you and what is its format. (I assume you have made a transfer from HDFC to HDFC).

I just called HDFC and after lots of discussion they gave us full details. But it took time in our case also. I think you should called him at this detail and ask him some alternative which can help you to resolve your issue.

Experts if any one has other alternative them please come forward for your guidance.


16 January 2012 I personally visited the branch and saw the entries.. only remarks and transaction id available. However, unable to link with those.
Also if I try to file forms afresh, i am getting error that forms are already filed. Anybody faced similar issue??
