07 September 2011 In the LC we can write 'Bill of exchange' clause or not instead of 'Transport of Documents'.

If yes than how it is applicable and please clear its meaning.


07 September 2011 In LC we can insist to include the following documents:
1. Financial Documents
- Bill of Exchange.
2. Commercial Documents
-Invoice, Packing list.
3. Shipping Documents
-Transport Document.
4. Transport Documents
- Bill of Lading .

my ques is my company is manufacturing company we are prudcing steel tubes. We are buying coils from our suppliers. i this case can i mentioned in LC Bills of Exchange or not?
sir, if yes/ no please tell me the reasons.




07 September 2011 You can mention Bill of exchange the reason is your company is to accept the bill of exchange drawn by the supplier of the coils.
