If any entity is dealing in Real Estate Business, then what what law applicable on it besides than Income Tax Act, Company Act, Service Tax, VAT, Contract Act. Please suggest me. Thanks

- Mining Act,
- State revenue Laws;
- Stamps and registration;
- Town Planning;
- Local Authority rules i.e. municipality or panchayat or any authority; etc.
