Munish Bhandari Sirs book along with amendments and study notes issued by ICAI on Companies Act 2013. Make sure you buy the latest edition of law book applicable for your exam.

pls make update from the act amendments, circulars, case laws, notification. due to after the budget in next exam all amendment will come in your exam.

Icai never issued any book of munish. In fact icai has stopped practice of recommend ing any book.
