dear sir/madam, my principal has surrender his cop 2 months and since i was on leave i was not aware of this fact, when i came to know about this i have written approval letter to icai regarding articleship transfer. Now i want to continue my articleship from back date so that i can give my may 2017 exams. Please help me.............

As your Principal has ceased to hold COP, you technically failed to continue as a trainee.
Your service period till your ex-principal help COP will be considered plus the period of service you continue under new principal will be considered for arriving at service put in by you.
