Late filing of form 2

22 March 2012 Dear expert, our company allotted shares in 2004, increasing paid up capital from 2.5 crore to 5 crore, but didn't file form 2.

Later company allotted shares and filed form 2 increasing paid up capital from 5 crore to 6 crore in 2011.


Now can we file e-form 2 for increase in paid up capital 2.5 crore to 5 crore, as i worrying here that there may be duplicate entry and MCA may show company's paid up capital 5 crore instead of 6 crore!!

Plz Clarify!!!!

File Form 2 and while putting information of issued capital. Put your latest issued capital. Even then if there wil be any problem then wait till filing of 20B.
