19 December 2014 If your total receipts on labour contracts exceed 10 lacs service tax is applicable.
If you employ 20 or more people pf and esi is applicable.

20 December 2014 if your company is covered with ESIC and EPF then contractor will also charges ithe esic and epf and deposit with the deptt.
due to you are the principal and end responsibility is your. and service tax applicable if his collection is more than rs. 10 lacs in a year.
