24 May 2016 whether KKC will be levy on A.v or service tax on 14%,. for calculating .5% from June 2016.

24 May 2016 KKC is to be levied on Assessed Value i.e. taxable value and not on service tax from 1st June 2016.

24 May 2016 KKC will calculate on taxable amount, you have already calculate SBC on the taxable value same is @0.5% and not cenvatable.
