Dear Expert, If I send the material to Job work vendor for further processing.The Job work vendor add some own material for processing.The Job work vendor is registered with Excise & Service Tax .
My query , can Job work vendor charge Excise duty or Service Tax for addition of some material for processing of job work.

If the process amounts to manufacture then excise duty will be applicable otherwise service tax will be applicable. You are doing anyother activity then consult with any professional.
