First of all, you have to get a consent letter from your job worker. Then, you have to send a job work intimation along with an undertaking to job worker's jurisdictional A.C. and copy to your jurisdictional A.C. along with copy of consent letter; under notification no. 214/86-CE dtd. 01.03.86.
