I am B.sc and woriking Accounts Finance Department sinces last 14 year, now i want to change this feild and shift to HR Department for this i am doing MBA from DY. Patil uni,

is My decission is coorect, Please Suggest,

02 July 2015 See 14 years experience in Finance department is huge as far as good career is concerned. I believe you also understand this fact.

I do not know why you want to change your line at this point of time. it would be tuff for me or anyone to guide you without knowing proper reason.
