I am a Company Secretary and I am presently working with a Limited Company.... However looking to its working I am not satisfied with the importance and exposure given to me and threfore I am looking to switch over to some other Company or practising firm in ahmedabad where I can get good learning, increase in knowledge and exposure....

It is good to hear that you want to grow as far as your professional career is concerned. As per my suggestion keep looking for job and only after getting good job leave your present job.
Further I would suggest you to remain in employment rather than practice. I won’t suggest you to join a practicing firm. Further have patience and keep looking for better job. Never think of leaving your present job with having a new job in hand.
