01 August 2017 Dear Expert, my query is that would I claim deduction u/s 80c where as my income is assessed U/s 44AD. All my receipt is by a/c payee cheque. would I consider 6% or 8% as my income for f.y.16-17

01 August 2017 6% Apply only FY 2016-17 only Banking sale or Digital sale.
So we all cheque receipt apply 6%
