if you submitted mail in registering and in itr then it will come to your id, i filed my client and posted within ten days got receipt number from them....check weather you provided correct mail id....

The department are in a process of Storing scanned copy of acknowledgement. after storing you will get it by login the site. it will take time. you need not worried abt that.
