Itr not sent to banglore

27 June 2014 I HAD FILED MY ITR FOR A.Y.13-14 ON 5 AUG 2014 I.E.WITHIN 120 DAYS.BUT DUE TO SOME REASON,I WAS NOT ABLE TO SEND ITS COPY TO BANGALORE.
IS MY RETURN STILL VALID? IF NOT, THE WHAT ARE THE REMEDIES FOR THAT?

27 June 2014 you can send the itr to banglore after the signing.

27 June 2014 Remember, if you miss submitting your ITR-V within 120 days, your e-filing will be considered invalid. It will be considered that you have not yet filed your return. You then have to file a revised return, get a new ITR-V and submit the same within 120 days.

27 June 2014 The ITR-V should be sent after duly signed. Unless there is your signature the process will not be started, which leads to rejection of your form. You can re-submit the form to the Income Tax Department after the last date (say after 120 days). In that case you will be liable to pay penalty if you receive such a notice from Income Tax Department.

27 June 2014 I AM SOO SORY..I MENTIONED YEAR WRONG I FILED IT ON 5 AUG 2013..
BUT AS FAR AS I HEARD,DATE OF 31.3.14 STANDS LAST DATE FOR THE SAME..
IS IT SO?

27 June 2014 i think your return is invalid... so it will not be accepted... and simply it wil not b considered as return filed
