Itr form to file return

27 May 2016 Dear experts,

My salary details as follows.

Salary = Rs.33,400 p.m
Transport Allowence = Rs. 1,600 p.m.
EPF = Rs. 4200 p.m
P.T. = Rs. 200 p.m

I am realy confusing so much by below rules. Hence, kindly advise me Which ITR form to use ?

ITR-1 OR SAHAJ

Who cannot use this Return Form

If you have exempt income which is more than Rs. 5,000, you cannot use ITR-1.

27 May 2016 Transport Allowance , E.P.F, P.T are not exempt incomes they are to be deducted from your Gross salary.
You can file ITR-1 Sahaj
Exempt for eg. mean Agricultural Income
