ITR 4 must be filed for AY 2015-16 & 2016-17. You can file your return showing no accounts case and you will get the Code of nature of Business in Java Utility Itself in the drop down list.
@Dear Rashmi Ji, ITR 3 would be applicable from AY 2017-18 Onwards
