Itr for the person having foreign income

30 July 2014 our client is doing job in foreign country and getting salary from the foreign company, so does he has to file his IT Return? and which ITR? Thanks in advance

30 July 2014 Depends on the tax residency status. If the status is resident then such income is to be reported in itr2.
